Refund Policy
1. Who this applies to
Refracta is sold exclusively to businesses acting in the course of their trade or profession; the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers does not apply to such purchases. As an exception, a sole trader established in Poland for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) has the right of withdrawal described below.
2. Deadline
Where it applies, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (contract for the supply of digital content). Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
3. Digital content — loss of the right of withdrawal (important)
Refracta is digital content supplied in intangible form (licence key and program). The right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with your express prior consent, after you were informed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal and acknowledged this. In practice: if you agree to immediate delivery of the licence key, the right of withdrawal expires once the key has been sent.
You give this consent and acknowledgement by placing an order with immediate delivery of the licence key and accepting the Terms of Sale at checkout.
4. Refund for defects
Regardless of the above, if the program does not work as described on this website and we cannot fix the defect within 14 days of your report, we refund the full price. Report defects to contact@refracta.eu.
5. How to request a refund or withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement by e-mail to contact@refracta.eu or by post to: Maciej Wróblewski, ul. Wiejska 13, 89-606 Chojniczki, Poland. Please include the e-mail address used for the purchase. You may use the model form below (not mandatory).
6. Refunds
We refund all payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your statement, using the same payment method you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result.
